Trademark registration in the UAE

I trust everything is going good on your side. Getting trademark registered in the United Arab Emirates takes around 6 months and for registering it, we need the following documents:

If you are having UAE residency:

1. Trade License – copy

2. Power of Attorney – notarized (copy enclosed)

3. Representation of the sign/word to be registered as a trademark

4. List of goods/services

If you don't have UAE residency:

1. Power of Attorney legalized up to the UAE Consulate

2. Representation of the sign/word to be registered as a trademark

3. List of goods/services
