هل سيمنع العامل المبلغ عنه هروب في الإمارات في دول أخرى؟
مرحبًا،
غادرت زوجتي الإمارات دون أن تخبر شركتها، لذا فهذا يعني أنها هاربة. لا يوجد عليها أي ديون بنكية أو أي شيء.
المشكلة الآن هي أن زوجتي تخطط للذهاب إلى دولة أخرى، وتهددها شركتها بأن يقوموا بتقديم شكوى وسيتم منعها من الذهاب إلى الدولة الأخرى.
هل من الممكن أن يتم منعها من الذهاب كما خططت لهذا حتى وإن كانت بالفعل خارج دولة الإمارات؟

Yes, if an employee leaves without permission then she will be declared absconding.
Is she on your visa or company's visa? If she is on your visa there will be labour ban, and if she's on the company's visa she will be declared absconding and there will be a permanent ban.
The UAE systems are not linked with other unless an international ban is placed through Interpol which is for major matters like murder, embezzlement...etc., which is not applicable to your case.
Wherever she, travels please ensure that even via transit she does not travel to the UAE.
