Will a UAE absconding employee be banned in other countries?
Hi.
My wife left the UAE without informing her company, so it means she is absconding. She doesn't have any debts with the banks or whatsoever.
Now, the problem is that my wife is scheduled to go to another country and her company is threatening her that they will file a complaint and block her from going to another country.
Is it possible to block her plans even though she’s out of the UAE already?

Yes, if an employee leaves without permission then she will be declared absconding.
Is she on your visa or company's visa? If she is on your visa there will be labour ban, and if she's on the company's visa she will be declared absconding and there will be a permanent ban.
The UAE systems are not linked with other unless an international ban is placed through Interpol which is for major matters like murder, embezzlement...etc., which is not applicable to your case.
Wherever she, travels please ensure that even via transit she does not travel to the UAE.
