Is sending an eviction notice via e-mail considered legally accepted?

Dear sir/madam,

I live abroad. I served 90 days' notice via e-mail (which is acknowledged by the tenant).

I have a clear intention not to renew the tenancy agreement after its expiration date.

Is this considered "legally approved technological means"?

Dear questioner,

Yes, it is acceptable by law. As per the law, the notice must be issued in writing and must be sent by notary public or registered mail.

This will stand as legal proof that the tenant eviction notice was issued and the tenant did receive it.
