Is the eviction notice sent to the tenant by email considered valid?

I don't live in the UAE. I have served 90 days Notice via e-mail (which is acknowledged by the tenant), with a clear intention not to renew the tenancy agreement after its expiration date.

Is this be considered "legally approved technological means", and will it be considered as served?

Yes, your notice is legal as per UAE law.

However, from my point of view, it is better to re-send it via the notary public.

If you do not live in the UAE, anyone who has a power of attorney form can send it on behalf of you.

Did the tenant's e-mail mention the lease contract? Or, do you have mutual emails between you and the tenant?

Thank you, Mr. Abbas.

The e-mail that we have exchanged is mentioned in the Tenancy Agreement.

While we are on the subject, would you be kind enough to take up this matter and get me to resolve the situation?

Kindly respond so that we can discuss the terms of engagement.

Thank you.
