Complaint against telecom company for failing to provide the service after payment
Based on an inquiry on telecom service in KSA, the representative called me and initiated the request for the service and gave the corresponding payment (Sadad) number for billing.
After the transfer of money, there were no responses. What can I do if they are frauds?
Where can I complain?

1st - You will have to make sure this was not a fraud call and it came directly from the service provider.
2nd- If it was the service provider, there are two possibilities:-
A- There might be a delay in their SMS system.
B- The service is yet to be connected and in this case, we advise you to report to the communication to the information technology commission through their website:
https://www.citc.gov.sa/ar/Pages/default.aspx
