I am working in Kuwait for the last 20 years and currently in the capacity of a Manager. One of the local companies has given an offer to Head their office in Dubai.
I have asked them to transfer my visa locally to their sponsorship. How can I be employed to Head their Dubai Office?
Can you please share some information?

The labor card is expired, and the employer refuses to pay the fine. What to do?

Q: Hi,
I am working as a security guard in a private company. My labor card expired on January 16, 2022, but my visa and ID are valid until May 2024.
Can I cancel my visa, or should I complain to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) if my employer refuses to pay the fine for my expired labor card or renew it?
Please advise!

My labor card isn't submitted to MOHRE. What consequences could I face?

Q: Hi,
I have been working in a company for more than 1 and a half years. They provided me with a visa, Emirates ID, and everything. Also, my offer letter has been submitted, and I got my work permit for 2 months initially.
However, now I checked the MOHRE app and found that my labor card has not been submitted until now. When I asked my colleagues, some of them are in the same situation.
What consequences might I face if caught by the government? Also, what can I do right now to submit my labor contract by the employer? If I file a complaint, will it be confidential?

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law.
Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.

How to appeal the labor judgment if the court did not approve all my dues? 0
My employer has not paid my salary for 8.5 months. I went to the labor court, and was referred to Dubai Courts.
The judgment came and I did not receive the full claim including salaries and 3 months' compensation.
Please advise whether I can go for an appeal and what will be the time for execution.
