What can I do if the car service does not fix my car and keep taking money?

Hope you are doing well.
I was just wondering if it is legal for a company to provide a positive google review about themselves.
I have been dealing with a car garage and I think they are taking advantage of me and letting me pay for their mistakes, brought the car in 4 times already and spent more than AED 4000 and now it's still not fixed.
Am thinking to file a complaint with consumer rights. My last bill didn't specify anything, just "labor 1000dhs" but not on what was done (change of rubber and oil top-up).
And now I see the guy who is in charge of my car/working on it, left a good review about the garage as if he was a customer while he works there. Is this even legal?

As such, the review is open for any comment whether its positive or negative, the core point here is that you paid for a service and you didn't get what you paid for.
Therefore, I strongly recommend you chase your rights since the country is providing a concrete umbrella that protects consumer rights.
