But the immigration officer advised me to clear my absconding with the employer first then go to pay or reduce the overstay fines which I'm completely not aware of. Then I approached my employer to give me a NOC or lift the absconding case against me and I agreed to pay any associated charges. But my ex-employer refused to clear my absconding case and told me that they can't do anything in this matter and were advised to take out a pass to exit the country.
