Notice period and other obligation in case of resigning before the end of probation?
Hi Sir,
Is it possible to resign before the probation period ends?
How many days are to be served as a notice period?

Greetings.
The ability to resign is subjective to whether it is a fixed-term contract or an unlimited term contract.
In the event that it is a fixed-term contract, you may not be able to resign until the expiry of the contract.
In the event that it is an unlimited term contract, you may resign without giving prior notice.
