س: لدي قرض من بنك. كان المبلغ فوق ٣٠٠ ألف. الآن المبلغ تقريبًا ١١٠ ألف ولكني مُتعثِّر وغير قادر على السداد لما يقارب سنتين وخارج الدولة. هل ستكون هناك أحكام ضدي من البنك؟ هل يمكنني الرجوع إلى الدولة؟ هل يمكنني تقسيط المبلغ بقدر ألف درهم شهريًا إذ لا تسمح إمكانياتي بأكثر من ذلك؟

Q: I have a police case for a bounced cheque last year March 17. It was against a loan which I drew but later I changed my job. I left the UAE and came back, but before I can do something the bank felt insecurity and immediately they submitted my security cheque to the police station and put a case on me. The same day, I paid the fine and came out. Later, I joined a new company and provided the necessary documents and new security cheque. My account was then regularised (After resigning from the previous company my account was frozen) and since then everything is fine. Now, I want to settle my loan in full. I already mobilised funds needed. I want to know asap if I settle the loan in full, how the travel ban or police case will be removed? Will the bank do everything and give me a clearance letter?

Q: Dear Madam, Good morning to you, I left the UAE last year in Feb 2019 on a leave to bring funds to pay some cards' payments, but unfortunately, I am not able to arrange it and I was depressed because of this matter. I didn’t get back to the UAE. My visa ends on 25/08/2020 and I am working as a General Accountant in Dubai. I am kindly requesting you to please help and support me on this matter because I want to come and do not want them to add my name to the criminal record and not to feel guilty. Please provide me with the best way to come back to the UAE. Looking for your kind reply. Thanking you!

س: السلام عليكم، لدي مطالبة مالية بشيك مرتجع بقيمة ٥٠٠ ألف للزوجة، وأيضًا نفقة بعد الطلاق تُقدّر بـ ٤٠٠ ألف. كيف أقدِّم طلب تقسيط مبلغ المطالبتين حيث أنني لا أملك المبلغ بالكامل وأستطيع دفع مقدمًا بنسبة ٥٠% من مجموع المبلغ المطلوب؟ هل سيوافق القاضي أم اصطدم برفض طليقتي للتقسيط في محاولة منها لدخولي السجن؟ أم أن القاضي يرفض دخولي السجن ويوافق على التقسيط؟ وما أقصى سنوات للتقسيط؟ القضايا في محاكم دبي.

س: سلام عليكم، صدر بحقي حكم قطعي من محكمة الاستئناف بسداد مبلغ للخصم، إضافة إلى المناسب من الرسوم ومصاريف القضية. ما المدة التي يدخل بعدها الحكم حيز التنفيذ؟ وكيف يمكنني معرفة قيمة المناسب من الرسوم والمصاريف؟ وهل يمكن طلب إلغائها أو تخفيضها من المحكمة؟

س: السلام عليكم، صدر بحقي أمر أداء. في حال عدم تنفيذ أمر الأداء خلال المدة القانونية، ما الإجراء الذي يتم اتخاذه بحقي؟ أنا مقر بالمبلغ لكن الوضع المالي الخاص بي صعب جدًا ولا أستطيع أداء الدين مرة واحدة. ماذا أفعل؟
