Online marketing startup website in Iran
Hello Sir,
What are the legal procedures related to opening and registration of a business for selling clothes and shoes online from other vendors to customers in Iran?
As we will not own any of the goods to be sold, what is the arrangement required from us to prove the availability of purchased items to the customers and that it's not a fraudulent activity?

The answer to your first question differs in each case:
1- Are you an Iranian or not?
2- Are you residing in Iran?
3- Is your supplier of goods in Iran or not? In other words, do you want to import your selling items or not?
In any case, you need to establish a company and get a certificate for online marketing.
As in definition, this business has a good prospect specially if you want to import your products, but I need more information to explain the legal procedures.
Your second question also has different answers and solutions; from using the existing companies to using the favorable rules in counter trade activities.
In this regard beside the management approaches, what I need to know to give you a first proper perspective is that:
1- Do you want to do wholesale or retail?
2- Where is the origin of products?
3- Do you have existing arrangements with the supplier or not?
