What can the employer do if the newly hired employees refuse to work?
We have a Delivery Service Company. We hired candidates from India and brought them here. We paid for their license.
After getting their license, they didn't want to work. Can we claim all the amount that we spent on them?

Dear Questioner,
In such a case, you can claim against them individually and impose too many sanctions on them.
You can also claim a maximum of 45 days salary from each employee as compensation.
I invite you to contact me at my email for more clarification.

You can do a limited contract to stop employees from changing before 2 years period.
And for lending money, you have the right to take it back and consider it a loan if you have signed an agreement for that.
