Is it legal to work part time with another job in the UAE?
Hi,
I am currently working with company A in Dubai.
I wish to work as a freelancing commission agent with company B in Dubai at the same time.
I would like to create an MOU between Company B and me. Is this legally possible?

Hello,
As per your query, please note that if you are working in a particular company with that company visa, you can not work legally for another company.
If the other company does not pay your commission then there is no legal way for it. You can have another set up for this kind of arrangement.
