Withholding the end of service and passport upon accusation of theft

I am falsely accused of theft in the company where I work by my colleague due to a mistake I have done.

This mistake has opened a door of false accusations and led to my termination, withholding my end of service and passport by the company.

I need advice on what should I do!

No, the company did not file a criminal case against me, but eventually, they will do.

I do not have any documents yet. What happened is that they transferred me to a different branch, and after 1 weak or today I was officially terminated.
