Contract termination of an employee accused of theft
Hi.
My name is John and I'm working in a retail store for 8 years.
My company is accusing me of stealing a CD game for AED 269, and they want to terminate me. What are my rights with the company?
Please advise me.

They need to follow the procedure i.e. file a police case. If they terminate you without following the procedure, it means they are terminating you arbitrarily.
Please file a labour case when it happens.
