Q: Good day, I just want to ask what can I do to legally resign immediately from my company. Because of Covid, our company is deducting 25% on our salary and hours of work. But they didn't notify me of that deduction. I was just shocked that my salary is deducted. I have 1 year of service with them but until now they didn't give a full salary since my 1st day of work. Now It is hard for me to budget my salary for 1 month. I only have AED 2000 salary per month and it has a 25% deduction so the total is only AED 1500. My position in the company is IT Specialist, but my profession in my residence visa is a laborer. My question is, how can I resign to them immediately without getting a labor ban or giving a notice period? Or can I get my deducted salary for 1 year and pay it for my immediate resignation in the company?
