If this matter is related to labor law, you have to sue the company before MOHRE and file your complaint.

If it is not, so you can file a civil case against the company to claim this amount of notice.

If your collaboration with that company is based on a collaboration agreement, then we need to study the agreement and its termination clauses to advise you accordingly.

If you are employed with that company and there is an employment contract in place, the employer needs to provide a valid reason for termination of your employment, needs to follow the notice period mentioned in the employment contract, and needs to pay you the following:

Last salary; notice period; end of service gratuity; unused leave and a flight ticket back to your home country (if it is the case).
