أنا صاحب عقار. هل يمكن إرسال إشعار زيادة الإيجار إلى المستأجر عبر البريد الإلكتروني؟

وفي حالة عدم موافقة المستأجر على زيادة الإيجار، فهل سيكون هذا الإشعار كافيًا لتقديمه إلى مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري؟

Hi,

If the notice sent on the registered email of the tenant within the notice period mentioned in the agreement prior to the expiry and within the RERA rent calculator rate, it will be accepted.

If it's not within the RERA rent calculator and it's higher, will RERA decide on the max increase or will the rent stay the same?
