Q: Hi. I have an issue with my current employer and they are not paying my final settlement and EOS or allowances. I followed the correct procedure for resignation, performed at a high level during my 2 years and 10 months and only now, after my final date (June 1st), have they come back to me stating they want to put my payment on hold.
