البقاء في سكن الشركة بعد إنهاء الخدمة
لقد رفع أحد الموظفين قضية عمالية بعد إنهاء خدمته من جانب الشركة للحصول على مستحقات نهاية الخدمة. ولكنه ما زال يقيم في سكن الشركة أثناء سير القضية.
لقد حصل على عمل آخر ويعمل لدى شركة أخرى بموجب بطاقة عمل مؤقتة. هل لا يزال يتعين على صاحب العمل السابق توفير السكن؟ إنه لا يريد مغادرة السكن.
