متى يكون من الأفضل إنهاء عقد العمل؟

هل الأفضل خلال فترة الاختبار البالغ مدتها 90 يومًا أم بعد انتهاء فترة الاختبار؟

ينص عقد العمل الخاص بي على أنه يحق لي الإنهاء خلال فترة الاختبار. إذا قمت بإنهاء العقد، هل يجب عليّ الدفع للشركة؟

أريد إنهاء عقد العمل لأنني أعمل أكثر من 16 ساعة، ولا يوجد أيام راحة.

Hello client,

It is better to terminate your contract within the probation period since you will not be liable to pay the company nor the company pays compensation to you.
