What to do if the company does not renew your visa upon expiry?

Hi,

My visa is already expired and I didn't renew it and until now. My company didn't cancel my visa and they are telling me they don't have the money yet to pay for my fine and cancellation.

What will I do?

They gave me a PDC cheque also for my gratuity, is it legal and fair?

Please help.

They gave me a PDC cheque payable for 6 months, they keep telling me that they don't have money, how can I encash if there is no money in their bank.

If you have approved and signed when you got the cheque, you cannot do anything but wait for the date to cash it.

If the cheque returns from the bank on the date written on it, you will be able to file a criminal case against the director of the company.
