ما العمل إذا لم تجدد الشركة تأشيرتك بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها؟

مرحبًا،

لقد انتهت صلاحية تأشيرتي بالفعل ولم أجددها حتى الآن. لم تلغ الشركة التي أعمل بها تأشيرتي ولكنهم أخبروني أنهم لا يملكون المال لدفع الغرامة المفروضة عليّ أو لإلغاء التأشيرة.

ماذا يجب عليّ أن أفعل؟

لقد أعطوني أيضًا شيك مؤجل الدفع مقابل مكافأة نهاية الخدمة المستحقة ليّ. هل هذا الأمر قانوني أو مقبول؟

Thank you for your response, how about my gratuity?

They gave me a PDC cheque payable for 6 months, they keep telling me that they don't have money, how can I encash if there is no money in their bank.

If you have approved and signed when you got the cheque, you cannot do anything but wait for the date to cash it.

If the cheque returns from the bank on the date written on it, you will be able to file a criminal case against the director of the company.
