Dear Questioner,

Since your is an unlimited contract, your obligation is limited to serving the notice period.

You are not legally obliged to pay any compensation to your employer.

However, since you have not completed a year of service, 6 months or 1-year labor ban may be imposed by the Ministry of Labour UPON REQUEST of your employer.
