إنهاء خدمة موظف بسبب خطأ دون سابق إنذار
مرحبًا،
إنني أعمل في وظيفة في مركز خدمة عملاء. اكتشف صاحب العمل أنني أتجاهل المكالمات.
لم يرسلوا لي خطاب تحذير وقاموا بإنهاء خدمتي على الفور دون سابق إنذار.
هل هذا الأمر قانونيًا؟

Dear questioner,
According to the labor law, the employer can't terminate the contract without any previous warning unless the employee commits a big mistake that causes loss of money to the company.
In your case, if he can't prove the loss of money, it will be an arbitrary dismissal.
