Accepting a new job offer after signing a limited contract with another employer

Hi, good day!

I Just want to inquire.

I signed a contract with a company. The contract is limited. The employment will start next month but my new visa is still not processed, however, I got a better offer from another company.

Will there be an issue if I accept the new offer since I already signed the contract?

I am worried that the company with which I signed the contract may ban me or impose fees/charges if I don't proceed with the employment with them.

Please advise!

Please let us know whether you signed a company offer letter or a limited contract by MOHRE for visa processing?

If it is just an offer letter/contract by the company, then maybe you should try to negotiate the situation with the company. If it is an employment contract, then please call 800-60 - Mohre for a better understanding.

Hello,

Even if you signed, as long as they didn't start the process of your visa, you can accept the new job but you should send the old one a resignation letter before they start your papers.

Has the official job offer for the Ministry of Human Resources been signed? Or was the signature on a job offer for the company internally only?

Please clarify via phone call or email!
