المطالبة بمستحقات نهاية الخدمة بعد التوقيع على وثائق إلغاء التأشيرة

مرحبًا،

موظف كان يعمل لدى إحدى شركات مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة لأكثر من 10 سنوات. غادر البلاد في عام 2019 دون الحصول على مكافأة نهاية الخدمة. نظرًا لبعض الأسباب، طلبت منه الشركة التوقيع على الوثائق الخاصة بإلغاء التأشيرة. لقد وقّع الوثائق وغادر البلاد.

لا توجد معاملة تتعلق بمستحقات نهاية الخدمة في كشف حسابه المصرفي. هل هناك أي إمكانية في الوقت الحالي للحصول على مستحقات نهاية الخدمة؟ هل هناك أي قانون في مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة يُنظم الحصول على مستحقات نهاية الخدمة؟

Such rights should be claimed within one year from the date of EOSB.

Dear questioner,

Unfortunately, you cannot do anything at this stage.

Your labor rights need to be claimed within a maximum of 1 year, after signing the necessary documents for visa cancellation.
