Vacating an apartment because the tenant subleased it
Good evening,
My tenant in JLT has subleased the apartment to bachelors. I would like to send him a notice to vacate pursuant to article 25 of Law No. (33) of 2008 Amending Law No. (26) of 2007.
Is there a standard template to send a notice?
Can I send it by registered post?

Notice in this event will make him aware that you are taking legal action. A Notice only is not enough to vacate him.
The recommended action is as follows:
File a request before RDC to inspect the unit by an officer from their side and after receiving his report on the bachelors' sublease, your evacuation case will be guaranteed and you may contact me back to process the same.
You may contact me via phone or email.

Dear Questioner,
You can certainly request the court to evict your tenant if he has illegally sub-leased your apartment.
Do you have any evidence for the same? You need to visit the RDC and request them to contact the authorities to inspect your property and then send them a legal notice.
Finally, you can register your case with the RDC.
We can assist you with your queries.
You can contact us via phone to discuss this in detail.

Dear Questioner,
Pursuant to the query, we can help you to send a legal notice and notarize it. Also, you can file a complaint in the RDC regarding the illegal sub-lease.
Further, we need to know your matter in detail to give you proper advice.
Kindly contact us via phone.
Thank You!

The notice is not enough in such a case.
It is recommended to register your application through the RDC.
