إخلاء شقة لأن المستأجر يؤجرها من الباطن
طاب مساءك،
قام المستأجر لديّ في أبراج بحيرات جميرا بتأجير الشقة لعُزاب. أريد أن أرسل له إشعارًا بالإخلاء بموجب المادة 25 من القانون رقم (33) لسنة 2008 بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم (26) لسنة 2007.
هل يوجد نموذج موحد لإرسال الإشعار؟
هل يمكنني إرساله بالبريد المسجل؟
