Q: I was diagnosed with a liver disease and the doctor took a liver biopsy and when I came to see the result of the lab I was informed that they did not send the sample to the lab on time as the lab was closed for one day and then they forgot to send it again and after a week they present it to the lab and they informed them it was too late as the sample is damaged since it is supposed to be sent within 48 hours. Now I have to make another biopsy - which is for your information is not an easy procedure - for a mistake made by the hospital. Can I claim for compensation?

Q: Hi, I had a treatment with a machine called HIFU to treat the wrinkles on my forehead, the treatment was so painful, and immediately after, I had 2 large depression on both sides on my forehead and a vertical line in the middle. The company denied their mistake and they are ignoring my calls since the 26th of July 2018. Please note that I was not given any consent form to sign. After consulting a dermatologist, he confirmed that I had an atrophy fat melting and muscle oedema due to this treatment and I have a medical report. Q: Good morning, I had two surgeries two years ago. After the first one, I needed to have another one based on lab results. After the second one, I developed severe complications (the doc briefly mentioned it on the consent and I signed it). I was misdiagnosed twice at ER at two different hospitals and was only diagnosed overseas while on holiday. I required surgery, however, it didn’t help and two months later I had another surgery in Dubai. Again it was unsuccessful and I had another surgery two months later. This year I had another surgery. The complication from the original surgery is severe and lifelong and I’m facing so many difficulties. Every doctor I saw after that said they did a very bad job and it’s extremely hard to fix it. Lab results from the original surgery say that all the tissue they removed was healthy and nothing was found. However, the doctor removed a big part and now I’m facing problems. I need an advice if I should file a formal complaint with the authorities. Thank you

Q: I applied for fat-freezing to reduce weight with one company. They said they would give sessions for 4 months. I made all the documents and signed a consent form, and they made an EMI from Tabby for 4 installments. I made one installment and took only 3 sessions. But their services are not good and they gave me scars and red bruises near my stomach and love handle side. I didn't continue the session further and I told them to cancel my further session and the other 3 installments to reverse them so I don't need to pay when I am not using their services further. They are not canceling my installment and saying I need to continue the session and make payment. What can I do as an option? They are not reversing my other installments for the service which I didn't use. They are still saying I need to pay despite all the scars I showed them near my belly side scars because of their fat freezing. They promised me it would be painless, I got scars and bruises but they are not willing to reverse and cancel my other 3 EMI installments. Please guide.
