الوضع القانوني للممتلكات المشتراة بصورة مشتركة عند الطلاق
أنا امرأة هندية كنت أقيم تحت كفالة زوجي في إمارة دبي. لقد اشترينا شقة عام 2017 لا تزال قيد الإنشاء – ملكيتها مشتركة (50-50).
كان من المفترض أن يسلمها المطور العقاري بحلول نهاية عام 2018، لكن البناء لم يكتمل حتى الآن. يجب دفع 60٪ من سعر الشقة وقت التسليم. لدينا شهادة "عقود".
في الوقت الحالي، قررنا الطلاق في الهند. لقد دفعت أموالاً من أجل الأقساط الأولية للعقار.

Pursuant to the query, you have the right to claim compensation for the delayed project if there is a delay.
