Questions & Answers
How can I apply for a new employment visa if there is a civil case by the bank?
My husband was terminated from his previous job. He has found a job after 4 months.
When he went to get his visa cancelled, he found out there is a civil case of AED 100,00 on him due to a bank loan default.
Please advise, can he get his employment visa done and start his new job?
I am afraid he will lose this offer if things don't move quickly.
Please advise
Dear Client,
I hope you are fine. I will definitely help you in this matter.
If any case is filed against him then you can't proceed with your visa application. First, clear the case by paying a fine in court.
Did you get the case-related details (police station where the case is filed, case number, amount of case)?
For further information, you can write an email to us or call. We have a good team of lawyers to handle all kinds of cases. I am happy to help you. You can fix a personal meeting at our office.

Dear Questioner
As you mentioned that your husband has a civil case and not a criminal one, so if the case is still ongoing, then your husband can get a visa.
But if the case has been decided already and there is execution, he cannot apply for the visa. For that, we need to check your husband's case status first.
For further details please contact us on the phone.
