At this time, she had returned to Dubai. - Now the next quarter payment is due, however, the tenant is not responding to WhatsApp or answering calls. She is NOT paying rent or renewing the contract. السلام عليكم، اشتريت شقة في الشارقة وتأخر المطور في التسليم لمدة سنتين وأربعة أشهر. أرسلت له إخطار عدلي من المحكمة في الشارقة بتاريخ التسليم وكان رده بأنه ملتزم بدفع بدل الإيجار عن الوحدة عن مدة التأخير. الآن العقار جاهز وتبقى مبلغ 90 ألف. طلبت منهم خصم مبلغ بدل الإيجار من دفعة التسليم ولكن المطور لا يريد دفع شيء ويماطل. اليوم أرسل لي إنذارًا يطلب مني استلام العقار ودفع دفعة التسليم خلال ٧ أيام وإلا سيلجأ للقانون. ما موقفي؟ وماذا يجب أن أفعل؟ العقار في الشارقة والعقد موثَّق. التأخير سنتين وأربعة أشهر. كان رد المطور على الإخطار العدلي أنه ملتزم بدفع بدل الإيجار. الآن لا يريد دفع شيء. ماذا أفعل؟ قيمة العقار مدفوعة كاملة ما عدا 90 ألف دفعة التسليم. أنا أطالبه بأن يخصم بدل الإيجار لكي أدفع الباقي وهو يرفض دفع أي شيء.
