Mohamed Ezzelarab

Mohamed Ezzelarab is a legal advisor with thirty years of experience in the field of advocacy and legal advice and preparing defense plans in cases before starting to write case sheets and memoranda. Mr Mohamed has worked since graduation until now in areas of law that have ramifications, such as civil, criminal, labour, commercial and personal status. He held the position of Senior Legal Adviser in the Emirate of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates since 2006 until now at Al Safar & Partners law firm (Legal Advisor to the Dubai Office and General Supervisor of the Offices of Egypt, Lebanon and India). A name that means a lot in the field of advocacy and legal advice, with clear imprints and a contribution to solid work in amending judgments issued by higher courts as an assistant to the judiciary and as one of the reasons for legal principles that are a basis for guidance and judgment in judgments issued by the higher courts. Helped in re-assimilating the articles of the law in a manner consistent with the will of the legislator, which contributed to achieving justice and restoring the rights of clients who thought that their rights were lost, and experience, hard work and enlightened legal thought were a reason to restore their rights.
