In order to answer your question, we need to review your labour agreement.

So, if it is unlimited agreement and the Employer did not justify the termination, then you are entitled to the arbitrary dismissal.

Additionally, you may be entitled to one month notice, plus gratuity and "unpaid " annual leave.

You may start by claiming your rights before the Labour Department.
