Q: I'm on a limited contract.
I would like to resign from my current job and I have not completed my probation period; I have completed only 3 months.
I would like to take up a better offer in another country. Am I liable to pay anything to my employer?
Do I need to get a consent signature from my employer to get the visa cancelled?
My visa is in Dubai, UAE, a limited contract visa.

Possibility of a labour ban in case of resignation during probation
9
Q: I am working as a trainee for an LLC company in Dubai since May 13, 2018, but I received my appointment letter as sales coordinator on June 2, 2018.
I got my company visa only in Aug 2018. Until August, I was working on my visit visa, since the company asked me to do so.
Now, I am under 6 months probation period. My job designation on the visa is Sales Executive even though I was appointed as sales coordinator.
I want to quit my job desperately since I am unable to handle the work pressure as I am handling sales coordinator as well as executive job and office jobs at the same time. But I still didn't finish my probation period. My employment contract is unlimited.
So will I get a ban or am I supposed to pay visa expenses to the company if I resign before the completion of my probation period?
Will I have to serve notice period if I resign?
Also, what will happen if I am terminated?

The maximum notice period employers can put in the contract as per the new labor law 0
Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law 2
Dear sir/madam,
Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law.
Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.
Can you please clarify?
Thanks for your valuable time and kind assistance!
