Can the employee claim compensation from employer after winning a labour case?
Hi,
I have won a labour case (execution in progress). Can I file a civil claim against the company and the person who represents the company asking for compensation or not?

Dear Questioner,
Thank you for contacting me.
I assume that you have filed the labour case and all the labour claims as per the labour law have been filed in which you are awarded a favourable judgment.
If you want to file a compensation case against your employer [which you have not claimed under labour case], you have all the rights to file it under the civil court. I hope you have sufficient proof to ask for compensation.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact me.
Thank You.
