Q: I have won a labour court case against my employer, however, it's over 6 months now and I am still unpaid.
My previous employer changed his license and also the office, but his office is at the same location. However, he has refused to pay.
I have the court order and execution, and I also have a court order to go to the Ministry of Human Resources instructing them or the bank to facilitate payment.
I would like to receive my payment within the shortest time.
I am willing to pay 3000 only after successfully receiving my money.
Anyone can help me with this, kindly contact me.

How to get the settlement after the issuance of the final judgment?

Q: Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have a labor case and the final judgment was declared in my favor. The settlement is not done yet. I opened an execution file through the typing center.
As per the ministry, I had canceled my visa and work permit after getting the judgment. I need your advice as I don't know the further procedures and how long I have to wait to get the settlement. I'm in a grace period now and it will expire next week.
From the typing center, they asked me to call the Tableegh center to get the notification. I don't know what procedures are going on. How long I have to wait to get the settlement?
I know that overstaying will be fined. Do I need to exit or renew my visa? I'm jobless now. Why they are telling me to call Tableegh center?
Why it is getting delayed if the judgment is already declared? The company is still opened. They can pay for my settlement. To whom I approach to help me to get the settlement asap? I hope you will reply to me with the right information to help me out with this issue.

Q: Dear All,
I filed a case against my employer in May 2020 for my pending salary and EOSB. The judgment was given in my favor in the first instance, but my employer appealed, and again, the appeal judgment was given in my favor.
It has been 4 months since the delivery of the judgment. There is no settlement of my dues from my employer, despite giving notices and warrants. The company is 100% owned by an Emirati. It looks like the owner never responds to the court order.
Please advise how can I get my dues? It is more than a year I filed a case. I have outstanding loans and cards to be cleared. I am in a very difficult situation.

Can the employee request an arrest of company owner or director in labor execution?

Q: I have filed a labor case against my employer almost 1 and a half years ago, they are extremely shameless people they didn't pay my final settlement.
I'm in the final stage where the employee can apply for an arrest warrant against the manager as per the trade license.
I have applied 2 times for an arrest warrant but the court is rejecting my request without giving any reason.
If this is my right, then what can be the reason for these 2 rejections?
Please help me with any solution.

Q: Hello.
I filed a labour case last year against my old employer; I'm still on their visa which expires next month.
The amount I was claiming for was AED 190,000 which is 3 months salary along with another 3 months that I am entitled to for delay, plus flight ticket... etc.
I won the judgment for AED 100,000 plus 9% interest on this amount (unclear from the date of filing the case - or the date of the judgment given).
In any case, the amount is over AED 160,000 min today. I have also filed for execution and we have now also requested a travel ban - arresting them - freezing all bank assets... etc.
I'm still waiting to get paid. We have informed the old employer and they stall by saying they will speak to their lawyer or they will contact me.
Nothing of the sort will be done as they are just delaying and I don't know what they are playing at.
When will I get the funds and how much longer will this take?

What to do after doing all the execution procedures to obtain labor dues?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
I have completed the execution stage of the labor case against my previous employer for not paying my settlements, leave salary and other allowances.
The company license is blocked, request to arrest the manager was submitted and approved by the court 2 months back. But to date, I haven't received any amount.
The company is still working and they have projects running in Dubai. Kindly advise me on what to do next.
The case was submitted in the year 2020 April and taken a long time.

I have got my judgment and the company has to pay me the judgment amount. Still, I didn't get any payments and it is almost 6 months and the company didn't cancel my visa.
What can I do about this? And when will I get my money and cancelation?

Q: I won the case against my employer for not paying my pending dues.
Ajman Court has sent them the notice on the amount to be paid in 15 days but till now 13 days have passed and there is no communication from the employer nor any response to my follow-up emails.
What if they fail to pay in that scenario? What action do I have to take?
Do I need to inform the court? If yes, then how can I inform it?
If the court takes legal action against them, then will I get any additional amount charging them the interest of something?
Please advise!

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.
