What to do after doing all the execution procedures to obtain labor dues?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have completed the execution stage of the labor case against my previous employer for not paying my settlements, leave salary and other allowances.
The company license is blocked, request to arrest the manager was submitted and approved by the court 2 months back. But to date, I haven't received any amount.
The company is still working and they have projects running in Dubai. Kindly advise me on what to do next.
The case was submitted in the year 2020 April and taken a long time.

There is no specified timeframe to complete the execution of a judgment.
I understand that you have taken all steps such as the attachment of trade license, assets of the company including bank account... etc., in its chronology.
You are on the right track. Please follow up patiently with the execution procedures.
