Regarding your query, kindly be advised that a POA is valid for as long as it is not cancelled.

However, if it is a POA issued for a Real Estate transaction such as the sale of a property or mortgage, it will need to be re-stamped at the Notary public after a period of one year otherwise it may not be accepted for certain transactions.

Furthermore, please note that it is possible to revoke the POA from abroad either through a third party or virtually by yourself through the Dubai Notary public if issued in Dubai.
