What to do in case the employer is not accepting your resignation?
My employer here in Abu Dhabi is not accepting my resignation. I am serving them for more than 2 years and this is my second (renewed) limited contract.
I told them that I am willing to take the notice period and pay for whatever I need to.

You must pursue your employer to accept your resignation and obtain a document stating they accept your resignation.
If such an attempt fails, you may seek the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation support.
You will register a complaint with the Ministry, and if still your employer does not accept and acknowledge your resignation, then you shall file a complaint against the employer with the competent court in Abu Dhabi.
