I had resigned in Oct 2018 due to undue pressure and rude behaviour of the employer for the work which was not included in my job description. After consulting with my department who promised me verbally that they will give me support, I was hired for one company and work given to me was of three companies with no compensation. My resignation was not accepted and I was assured that assistance will be provided and another accountant shall be hired for the other companies. Due to a lot of pressure, I could not focus on the core job I was hired for and hence was terminated on 30th Dec 2018 (verbally). This verbal termination has been a part of this every single month and has been torturing and affecting my mental health as well. Passport is held and Dec 18 salary is not paid. Kindly help me with how to approach this situation as I am in terrible financial conditions and want to get paid on time in order to pursue another job.

Q: I am working as a trainee for an LLC company in Dubai since May 13, 2018, but I received my appointment letter as sales coordinator on June 2, 2018. I got my company visa only in Aug 2018. Until August, I was working on my visit visa, since the company asked me to do so. Now, I am under 6 months probation period. My job designation on the visa is Sales Executive even though I was appointed as sales coordinator. I want to quit my job desperately since I am unable to handle the work pressure as I am handling sales coordinator as well as executive job and office jobs at the same time. But I still didn't finish my probation period. My employment contract is unlimited. So will I get a ban or am I supposed to pay visa expenses to the company if I resign before the completion of my probation period? Will I have to serve notice period if I resign? Also, what will happen if I am terminated?

Q: Hi, I joined a DMCC company 1 month ago and there is a misunderstanding between me and my employer with respect to my job description which I clearly told them that I cannot do. The company is asking me to resign and pay an amount of AED 15000 for my visa and medical flight charges, etc in spite of holding my salary.
