Transferring the property of a Christian father to his wife or his daughter
Hello,
My brother-in-law passed away, in May 2020, in Dubai. The family car was in his name.
What is the procedure to transfer the car to his wife or daughter's name, please?
He has two daughters and both are above 21 years. They are Christians (just in case there is a different process).

You need to proceed through a long process.
First of all, you need a POA from all legal heirs of the deceased that can be; parents, wife, and kids of the person.
After that, make a succession certificate from the UAE court with 2 witnesses and register a case in the inheritance section of the court.
The court, after examination, order RTA for ownership transfer.
