Filing an inheritance case to take over the property of the deceased mother

My mother passed away last year and she had two daughters and a husband.

She didn't live in the UAE but owned a property in Sharjah. What documents do I require from my stepdad and sister? As both of them live in London.

I got a POA for them as I am a UAE resident. Could someone please advise me on how I can take over ownership of the property?

Thank you in advance!

Dear client,

Good day!

Please note that you have to take the Power of Attorney and the proof of death certificate to be duly attested at the UAE embassy if the person died outside UAE.

Also, you need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the remaining persons. Please come to our office to discuss the filing of the inheritance case, then, we can proceed accordingly.

For further assistance, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Thank you!
