Time for sending notice period on a limited contract non-renewal

I just want to ask, when is my last day at work. My visa and contract will end on the 27th of January. And today, the 14th of January, I will send to them the non-renewal letter.

I am on a limited contract. For my non-renewal, do you think they will accept it?

Dear Questioner,

They might accept it and they might not, due to the fact that based on the labour law that the notice for non-renewal should be one month before the expiry of the contract.
