If a NOC is sought from the reconciliation center, does the case automatically move to the court for a discussion on the financial settlement?

Dear questioner,
It is always better to have the amicable divorce settlement agreement prepared by a lawyer who will incorporate the rights and obligations of both the parties while preparing the agreement in order to avoid any kind of future tussle.
Kindly contact us directly by phone or email for a detailed discussion on the case.

After the reconciliation counselling sessions, you can submit your agreed settlement Agreement to the court.
You need to submit your case with NOC in court it will not register automatically.
One party can file the case and a mutual agreement can be summited in the court after the signed by both parties. The court will rectify that same document and pronounce the judgment.

An amicable divorce settlement is held when the former wife and husband choose to terminate their marriage and agree on most terms. The process still has to go through the courts.
There is no such requirement that a lawyer must draft the settlement agreement, but it is highly advisable and recommended to get a lawyer involved to review and advise on any draft of the settlement agreement.
The settlement agreement will regulate the relationship after divorce, and it should last for many years.
Kindly note that if the parties do not reach an agreement on the terms of the settlement, the reconciliation center will pass the file on to the court, and the court will study the subject of the case/claims of both parties.
In many cases, the court will rule for the divorce and close the case, and later on, the wife will have to file a separate case for the financial claims.
Please feel free to contact me at my email. We are able to assist you in the above both cases.
