After the court of first instance judgment, you should wait 15 days as it's the period for the accused/ the public prosecution to file an appeal against the judgment.

If the time lapse without an appeal to be filed, it means that the judgment is final, but in case there is an appeal has been filed it means that the judgment still under reviewing from the appeal court and the appeal judgment will be final.
