How to sue the work manager for harassment and slander over the phone
Good day,
My manager has been shouting at me over the phone, insulting, harassing, bullying & slandering for 2 hours. All because I got very sick & sent her sick leave.
I'm aware that it's not allowed to record the phone conversation according to the UAE law & I was at home as I live alone & don't have a witness on the moment of the phone conversation.
Now the manager denies what's mentioned above.
What can I do in such a situation?
Thank you
Dear Questioner,
Please be informed that what your manager did with you is such a criminal offense which leads her to a criminal case.
Regarding record the call as you have mentioned that, it is not allowed based on the UAE law.
But if you explain to the prosecutor that you made that as you are living alone and you need to prove it to file a criminal case he will consider this action from you as self-defense.
In case you would like to approach our legal services, please feel free to contact us on the phone or email.
Thanks.

You can file a police complaint. You can record and give it to the police and inform them about her abusive behavior.
