Q: I have a one-year labour ban starting on May 01, 2019. I came to know from a friend that the labour ban is followed by an immigration ban. How true is it?
If I get an offer letter from another employer, will it lift the ban or not? Is there anything that can be done to lift the ban?
Authentic answers will be much of help.
Thank you!

Labour ban for resignation before completing one year

Q: I have got a 1-year ban because of leaving my previous job in 6 months and now I have an offer letter from a new company.
They are going to process my visa under unskilled labour which was the same in my previous contract. I want to know if this gets rejected, will I have any legal claim against the company who offered me a job?
Also, they took my visa copy, passport and Emirates ID copy even before issuing me an offer letter. So I assumed they would have already checked my eligibility to apply for a new visa.
Please guide me

Accepting a new job offer after signing a limited contract with another employer

1
Q: Hi, good day!
I Just want to inquire.
I signed a contract with a company. The contract is limited. The employment will start next month but my new visa is still not processed, however, I got a better offer from another company.
Will there be an issue if I accept the new offer since I already signed the contract?
I am worried that the company with which I signed the contract may ban me or impose fees/charges if I don't proceed with the employment with them.
Please advise!
Regards,

View allThe maximum notice period employers can put in the contract as per the new labor law 0
Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law 0
Dear sir/madam,
Annual leave salary calculation as per the new labor law.
Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.
Can you please clarify?
Thanks for your valuable time and kind assistance!
